Our 24-week all inclusive strength training for climbing has it all.

It reinforces the joints that fail first, raises your strength ceiling, and integrates w/ your climbing schedule.

Climbers, You want to keep sending for years to come, but guess what…Climbing alone won’t keep you resilient or injury free. Your training has to change! We plateau & experience injuries due to a lack of strength and tissue capacity, NOT because of bad luck. Strength training isn’t optional for climbers. It’s the difference between adaptation and breakdown.

Broken down into 3, 8-week progressively overloaded phases.

Weeks 1-8 focus: Endurance based strength & conditioning for climbing. 

  • 3 days of varied on wall training. -2 days of finger and full-body strength training (base building). -2 days of customized mobility w/ optional cardio & skills work.

Weeks 9-16 focus: Power-endurance & conditioning for climbing.

  • 3 days varied on wall training. -2 days of finger and full-body strength training (strength in ranges & building capacity) -2 days of progressed mobility w/ optional cardio & skills work.

Weeks 17-24 focus: Power & plyometrics (season/trip prep)

  • 3 days varied on wall training. -2 days of finger and full-body strength training (power & Plyometric focused) -2 days of progressed mobility w/ optional cardio & skills work.

"Full-Body Assault" 

Progressively overloaded (KB/DB)  Program.

Full-Body Assault" will address weight loss from two angles: Metabolic conditioning, progressively overloaded (KB/DB) Strength Training and Zone 2-3 targeted exercise.

What You Can Expect:

  • 3x/ wk. ,full-body, bodyweight circuits w/ conditioning
  • 2x/wk. fasted cardio* w/ core work.
  • New programming and movements every 6-weeks.
  • Optimized for results, designed w/ your goals in mind.

Strength & Conditioning Program.

"Consistent-Me S&C" will address Strength & Conditioning from both a traditional and progressive approach. Progressively overloaded strength training w/ varied multiplane and multichain exercises driven to bring the athlete out of every walk. Leave stronger than you came, guaranteed.

What You Can Expect:

  • 4x/ wk. progressively overloaded strength/ conditioning.
  • 1x/wk. SIIT (sprint interval training).
  • New programming and movements every 6-weeks.
  • Optimized for results, designed w/ your goals in mind.

High-Intensity-Interval-Training Progam.

"HIIT IT, Don't Quit It" will address fitness w/ varied interval and circuit style workouts. Utilizing barbell, kettle bell and Dumbbells as our primary workhorses, you will be progressively introduced to multi-plane and multichain movements driven to create well rounded fitness and athleticism.

What You Can Expect:

  • 4x/ wk.varied interval training types.
  • Varied full-body movements weekly.
  • Optimized for results, designed w/ your goals in mind.
  • New workouts and phases updated every 6-weeks.

 Mobility and Loaded Stretching   Program.

Mobilize me will address common gaps in mobility and flexibility through both region specific targeted days, Primal (Animal Like) movements to get you moving better than ever and ready to get after life. Through trained confidence in ability to move your body through space, it is our goal to get you moving in ways you've never moved before or thought possible. Reconnecting of brain back to your body, movement patterns will become more natural week over week.

What You Can Expect:

  • 4x/ wk. active mobility and loaded stretching.

  • Progressively overloaded movements every 6-weeks.

Trevor is a Charismatic, passionate Coach/ Health Professional w/ years of experience. His passion for all things movement and functional medicine related to living happier and healthier for longer, led him to achieve his B.S. In Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and his certification from the NSCA as a Certified Strength And Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
