"Consistent-Me S&C" will address Strength & Conditioning from both a traditional and progressive approach. Progressively overloaded strength training w/ varied multiplane and multichain exercises driven to bring the athlete out of every walk. Leave stronger than you came, guaranteed.

"HIIT IT, Don't Quit It" will address fitness w/ varied interval and circuit style workouts. Utilizing barbell, kettle bell and Dumbbells as our primary workhorses, you will be progressively introduced to multi-plane and multichain movements driven to create well rounded fitness and athleticism.

Mobilize me will address common gaps in mobility and flexibility through both region specific targeted days, Primal (Animal Like) movements to get you moving better than ever and ready to get after life. Through trained confidence in ability to move your body through space, it is our goal to get you moving in ways you've never moved before or thought possible. Reconnecting of brain back to your body, movement patterns will become more natural week over week.
