Hybrid Coaching: Studio Sessions Plus Online Programming
In-person sessions where hands-on coaching matters most, online programming carrying every day in between. For most people this is the best of both.
Technique is learned fastest in the room and maintained fine remotely. Hybrid coaching uses that: periodic sessions at the Millcreek studio to coach the lifts and retest the baselines, with the rest of the week programmed and reviewed online.
It also tends to be the practical answer for a real calendar. Fewer scheduled appointments than full 1:1 training, more accountability and precision than going it alone.
What you get

How many in-person sessions do hybrid clients do?
There is no fixed number: some train in the studio weekly, others monthly with online programming in between. The cadence is set in the first conversation and adjusted as the plan progresses.
Is hybrid cheaper than full 1:1 training?
The commitments are different, so they are quoted differently, and you will know the price before anything starts. Ask about both when you call.
