1:1 Personal Training in Millcreek
One coach, one athlete, one plan. In-person sessions in the Millcreek studio, built on evidence and adjusted to what your body actually does.
A 1:1 session is where technique gets fixed in real time: bar path, breathing, bracing, the small position changes that decide whether a lift builds you up or wears you down. It is the highest-touch way to train and the fastest way to learn.
Programming covers strength, conditioning and mobility in proportion to your goals, and reconnecting mind and body is treated as part of the work rather than a slogan. The point is not a peak for one summer. The point is the long haul.
What you get
- Programming written for you, not pulled from a template
- Technique coached live, session by session
- Strength, conditioning and mobility in one plan
- Baseline testing available (VO2 max, RMR, DEXA) so progress is measured

How often should I train with a coach?
It depends on your training age and goals. Newer lifters often benefit most from more frequent coached sessions while technique is forming; experienced athletes may need one coached session a week with programming in between. That is exactly what the first conversation settles.
Can I combine in-person training with online programming?
Yes. That is the hybrid option: coached sessions at the studio, with your other training days programmed and reviewed online.
